My name is Greg and I am the CEO and Co-Founder of SearchTides – a leading SEO and Digital Marketing Agency that has a legitimate world class product. We are able to build out campaigns at 5-10x the scale of typical campaigns which means that we get significant client results in areas they have likely desperately wanted but struggled in the past to achieve. We are looking for a full-time talented Head of Operations who can bring a smile to everyone else’s face and galvanize the team. The one who knows how to guide people towards a goal, keep them encouraged. Someone who wants to fall into a place with a fun environment, flexible schedule, and a really amazing product to leverage.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
We are looking for a Head of Operations for Digital Marketing Agency specifically with these requirements:
- Native (or close-to native) written and spoken English
- Top level communication skills
- Proven operational experience with results (in an agency structure)
- Understanding of agency structure
- Experience working in a remote team and managing one
- Experience with cross cultural team management and operations
- Leadership and ability to put people together
- Being able to implement and plan a vision for 6-12 months of implementation ahead
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Function as the business manager/head of ops/team leader
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Being responsible for the P&L
- Operationalizing product roadmaps
- Guiding the business
- Reporting directly to the CEO / co-founders
- Work with an amazing product
- Work with a casual and fun team
